This very special event is for people looking to step outside of their day-to-day routines. Everyone is welcome; singles, couples, and everything in between. Join me on Zoom from anywhere in the world for a schedule of virtual session offerings including movement, breath work, meditation, writing exercises, and rituals.
Our focus will be on self-love, connection, intention seeing, and letting go of stress and negativity. I’ll ask you to dig deeply or float freely on the surface, yogi’s choice, as long as you do so with conscious awareness. I will will ask the question: what do you need?
No prior yoga experience is needed to participate.
All sessions, though optional, will be live. No recordings will be available.
Sessions will be very foundational, and more focused on simple breath work + grounding techniques, connecting to your body, and conscious movement than on fitness or advancing difficulty. No equipment is needed, just a bit of space and privacy.
