IYKYK. Bali is a special, magical place in the world that will always take up a dear corner of my little Scorpio heart. I traveled to and lived in Bali twice (2016, 2019) for immersive Yoga Teacher Training programs hosted in the Balinese rice paddy fields of Ubud and have been in love ever since.
I’ve experienced Bali from a casual, rugged, adventurous perspective. I was here young, hungry to learn, and on a super budget. This time around, I’m looking forward to bringing a bit of luxury to our upcoming visit to Bali, including private drivers and guides for our tours, a private chef to tend to our nutritional needs at home, and the luxury of a newly constructed, modern villa to swim, sleep, relax, and practice within. All in all, my goal is to make this a comfortable, safe, luxurious Balinese stay that you will dream about for years to come. And yes, we will still enjoy the adventure and the nature during our outings, and you’ll have plenty of time to shop, wander, eat, and enjoy bustling, busy Ubud central. As well, set aside some time to visit a spa (or two!) for some of the best and most affordable massages and treatments I’ve ever had in my life.
This retreat has been a long time coming, and I’m so so SO looking forward to sharing my “best of” Ubud. Pack your swimsuits and your hiking boots, you do not want to miss this one!
