Introducing the “Best of” Multi-City Retreat for 2026: FRANCE
Sept. 8-18, 2026
Join host Kala MacDonald for an epic, sparkling food, wine, and wellness tour featuring some of the most stunning stops in all of France. Everything we do will be focused on community, culture, and sustainability, while we remain lapping in the comfort and luxury of our Michelin star reservations and stunning outings.
Whether you’ve been to France 100x or this is your first visit, get ready to experience some of the best these cities have to offer. Immerse yourself in small town wandering and big city vibing; we’ll do it ALL on this curated, lux tour de France.
Bordeaux, Saint-Émilion, and Antibes, here we come!
Base Schedule:
Day 0 — PARIS: While Paris is not a city we will explore together during this retreat, we will begin and end our tour of France in this iconic hub for ease of transport. Feel free to come early or stay late to enjoy all that Paris has to offer on your own. I’ll meet you at the gorgeous central train station for departure to Bordeaux, France, our first stay over.
Day 1-4 — BORDEAUX: Come hungry to this busy, buzzing city featuring some of the most epic tasting menus, wine, and architecture France has to offer. Please, leave extra room in your suitcase for shopping in your free time and do plan to check a bag on the way home once we hit that French pharmacy, iykyk. Art museums, pocket jardins, and walks along the Garonne: this is where we’ll kick jet lag and get in our steps.
Day 5-8 — SAINT-ÉMILION: Begin to settle down and settle in as we spend a few leisurely days filled with UNESCO heritage site visits by day, and steep in overfull glasses of wine beneath some of the starriest skies you’ve ever seen by night. We’ll graze heaping charcuterie board-style girl dinners, pop into local shops, and bask in the smaller town French charm.
Day 9-12 — ANTIBES: Time to totally bask in relaxation in this gem of the iconic south of France. One day, you might follow me through narrow cobblestone passageways as we collect provisions for daily sunset picnics on the local beach surrounded by historic architecture, insane yachts, and iconic South-of-France charm. Another day, board our private charter as we sail and swim our way around the Cap d'Antibes and Billionaire’s Bay, wine in hand and sun setting golden and hazy.
